STEPS: Synthetic Training, Evaluation and Planning System

Structuring learning content and managing training with reusable objects - an example from the world of aviation training.

Dudley Baines retired from the South African Air Force in 2003 after having spent 28 years as a navigator on maritime patrol aircraft, an instructor and a project officer for various navigation, C 3 I and aircraft projects.

He has academic qualifications in military science and computer information systems.

He currently works for AC&S in southern Germany where he combines a life long love of aircraft with his interests in training and computers – all of this in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
