The establishment of the Poul Due Jensen Academy emphasises the importance we attach to competency development. Grundfos’ partners must meet competent employees.
We believe in creating learning. Adding knowledge is important, but it is not enough. We must also create behavioural changes.
To accomplish that, our courses must meet a number of demands within the psychological process of learning, e.g. stimulation of as many senses as possible in the training.

Our unique facilities provide a perfect setting for meeting new people and cultures, building networks, team-building and exchange of experience.
Our staff, consisting of 25 people, have very different tasks – from training to serving people in the dining room. But our goal is the same; to create the right atmosphere and environment for learning - in all stages of the learning process.
