Anette Villadsen is an elearning developer, an instructional designer,
graphic designer and specialist in vocational training.
She works with eLearning material that addresses specific demands from organisations and
from companies. She edits books on training needs analysis and training approaches.
Anette's favourite tools are: Authorware, Fireworks and Captivate.
Anette is employed by Randers Technical College in Denmark - Vocational Education and Training.

Allan Axelsen is an instructional designer, graphic designer, eLearning developer and specialist in vocational training.
He has developed many projects within the field of vocational training in a corporate setting, soft skills and multimedia. As a professional painter, his painting and creative talent is strongly reflected in his work within eLearning, where Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash, pencil and paper, are his core tools.
Allan is employed by Randers Technical College in Denmark - Vocational Education and Training.
